Citizenm Boston Back Bay Hotel

I was really thrown off by the lack of early check-in. We arrived excited, only to find out our room wasn't ready, which messed up our whole day. It was frustrating to wait around when we had plans.

We loved the beautiful views from our room and the comfy large bed. The tech amenities were fun, especially the iPad to control everything. The 24-hour food service felt more like a restaurant, and the staff were super friendly. Free luggage storage was a great bonus.

The rain shower was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable. The only downsides were the small room and no coffee maker. I'd recommend this hotel.

The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, waking me up early each morning. I also faced issues with lukewarm water instead of hot. The cleaning miscommunication added to my frustration, as my room was not cleaned on the mandatory day despite the system indicating it should be.

I got fantastic value for my money, enjoying a cozy room with an amazing view. The location was perfect, with friendly staff who were always ready to help.
